Cardio is when your working out your heart. Cardiovascular health that is related to your heart and blood vessels. To workout your heart you have to excercise for at least 30 mins a day. It is very important to keep your heart healthy because without your heart you cant do anything, you cant live. Your heart is the most important part in your body and you have to keep it healthy.
The best activites for a good workout would be to dance,hiking,bycicling,golf,tennis,softball,swimming, and running. We can help by doing the excercises and being examples to others. We can motivate people to do these activities so they dont have to suffer from heart diseases later on in life. To live a healthier life i can eat right, change my diet get up make a change and do things i dont really do in my everyday life. Join clubs and activities that keep me active.
During the vacation I am going to try to do physical activities with my family. Get them to do more outside the house. My plan is to go out to the beach go out for walks, go in my bike, and eat healthier. My goals is to get my family involved in a better healthier lifestyle.
